It’s no secret that LegalTech offers a myriad of benefits, but ensuring that you select the right solution for your needs and rolling new technology out across your firm can be challenging.
We sat down with Eversheds Sutherland, Baker Hostetler and Reed Smith who shared their expertise and experience on how to successfully implement a new LegalTech solution, drive adoption and guarantee return on your LegalTech investment.

Jess started her career as an SDR, having to build relationships from scratch and prove the value of the solutions she was selling. She enjoyed building rapport and knew she wanted to further this, so pursed a role CSM role at the same company and has never looked back! Now, we're lucky enough to have her lead the Definely CS team!
