Anton is a Banking and Finance associate in Dentons' London office. He is a member of the Asset, Trade and Commodities and Project Finance group with a particular focus on commercial aviation.
Anton acts for airlines, leasing companies, borrowers and banks on a variety of cross-border aircraft financing and leasing transactions, including pre-delivery payment financings, operating and finance leases, and debt financings (for both commercial and corporate aircraft). and sale and purchase transactions. He also has experience in structured export and trade finance.
Anton completed a six-month secondment to the legal team at Standard Chartered Bank's London branch during his training contract, working on structured commodities financing and global institutional lending.
Isabel is a London-based Trainee Solicitor at Allen & Overy, currently in her third seat within Energy and Infrastructure M&A.
After graduating from King’s College London with a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Isabel began her career in LegalTech as a Legal Tech Coordinator.
Working for the first ever wholly-owned technology subsidiary of a law firm in Singapore, she learnt about the use of technology in the practice of law before making the move to a document automation start-up.
After leaving Legal Tech to join the legal sector, Isabel started her training contract with A&O and has since undertaken seats in Securitisation, Litigation and Energy & Infrastructure M&A. Isabel is passionate about using technology to improve the way lawyers work.
John helps legal teams evaluate, test and onboard our legal tech solutions.
Before joining Definely, John worked at Thomson Reuters and, more recently, at Clifford Chance within Applied Solutions, where he experienced the processes involved in working in a private practice tech team. While there, he consulted on legal tech for various in-house teams globally and worked across numerous industries, including Banking & Finance, Insurance and TMT.
John’s experience inside an innovation team at a Magic Circle law firm, combined with his background consulting with clients on large tech projects, has given him firsthand insights into the successes and shortcomings of technological innovation and the results that proper tech implementation can bring.
